Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) – Highest Outpatient Care

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers a deeper, more immersive approach to recovery, with a structured schedule and comprehensive care tailored to your needs. Through daily therapy and a wide range of activities, we help you build a strong foundation for lasting change.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – Flexible Recovery Support

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers flexible support for those balancing recovery with work or daily responsibilities. Our program provides dedicated counseling to help you heal while reintegrating into your routine, ensuring lasting recovery.

Outpatient Program (OP) – Recover on Your Schedule

Our Outpatient Program (OP) provides flexible, structured treatment through therapy, counseling, and support while allowing individuals to maintain daily responsibilities and live at home, making it suitable for milder cases or as a transition from inpatient care.

Sober Living – Structured Drug-Free Housing in LA

Our sober living program provides a structured, supportive environment for individuals recovering from substance abuse. It offers a drug and alcohol-free space where residents can develop life skills, establish routines, and receive peer support.

Aftercare – Ongoing Support After Formal Treatment

Frequently Asked Questions

What levels of care does Miracle Mile Recovery offer?
We offer a full continuum of care including Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Outpatient Program (OP), Virtual Treatment, and Aftercare. Each level is designed to meet you where you are in your recovery journey, and our services are available through two primary tracks, a Substance Abuse Track and a Mental Health Track — which can be delivered individually or together through our integrated dual diagnosis approach. For clients who require medical detox or inpatient/residential stabilization prior to beginning outpatient care, we coordinate referrals through our trusted partner facilities to ensure a safe and seamless transition into our programs.
The right level of care depends on the severity of your addiction or mental health needs, your home stability, work or family obligations, and prior treatment history. Our intake specialists conduct a confidential assessment during your first call to recommend the level of care that best fits your situation — whether that’s PHP, IOP, OP, or our Virtual Treatment program.
Absolutely. Recovery is a process, not a single step. Most clients begin at a higher level of care such as PHP and step down to IOP, then OP, then Aftercare as they build stability. If additional support is ever needed, we can also step clients back up to a more intensive level of care without judgment. We monitor your progress continuously and adjust your care plan accordingly.
Clients enroll in one track at a time, either our Substance Abuse Track or our Mental Health Track but can transition into the other track as their recovery progresses and clinical needs evolve. Within whichever track you begin, our team still addresses co-occurring conditions through an integrated, trauma-informed approach, ensuring that issues like depression, anxiety, PTSD, or bipolar disorder are never overlooked while treating addiction (and vice versa). This flexibility allows your care plan to grow with you throughout your recovery journey.
Yes. Miracle Mile Recovery accepts most major insurance plans, and coverage typically includes services across both our Substance Abuse Track and Mental Health Track, including PHP, IOP, OP, under the Affordable Care Act. Because plans and benefits change frequently, we recommend reaching out for a comprehensive benefits review, our team will handle all communication with your insurance provider and confirm exactly what’s covered.
