Safety is our #1 priority at Miracle Mile Holistic. we want to make sure that our clients are 100% safe & healthy at all times. Rest assured, we are taking all precautionary steps to ensure the safety of our staff & clients, while reducing the risk of any infection.

We have implemented several changes to our guidelines, in collaboration with our medical professionals, and following the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and the DHCS (Dept. of Health Care Services) guidelines.

The health & safety of our clients is of utmost importance. This is why we have made many changes to make sure the safety of our clients come first. This allows us to provide the best quality of care possible.

The following are the actions that have been taken to provide a safe environment:

• Increased cleaning of all of our rooms and facilities.
• Making sure all necessary products for cleaning are available at all times.
• Hand washing is extremely important and we take this very seriously. All employees are encouraged to wash their hands several times throughout the day. 
• Frequent cleaning of public areas including bathrooms, doorknobs, and light switches.
• Clients are pre-screened before being admitted by our professional staff.
• Regular temperature checks are enforced, especially when entering the property. Minimum twice daily.
• All the necessary information needed for our employees is readily available on-site.
• We are restricting visitors coming into our facility.
• Extra fresh water and food is available on-site.
• We work closely with our local health department to receive important updates.
• Tele-medicine appointments are available when necessary.

We are aware that drug and alcohol abuse is an on-going problem within our communities. We are ready to help the people in need as much as possible, while enforcing safety precautions in our facility.
